Bookings:

For any bookings, please contact us as soon as you know the date of your wedding to avoid disappointment.
Your booking is only confirmed once the booking fee is received. Until the booking fee is paid, your date remains available to other potential clients/brides.
A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is required, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding/event, payable via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 8 weeks before: If the booking is cancelled in writing up to 8 weeks before the wedding date, only the booking fee is payable.
6–2 weeks before: If the booking is cancelled between 6 and 2 weeks before the wedding date, 50% of the agreed total is payable.
2 weeks or less before: If the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or less before the wedding date, the full payment is due.

Travel Costs:

Travel is calculated from the artist's home based on a round trip. The first 15 miles are free, and after that, travel is charged at £0.65 per mile.

Trials:

Hair and/or makeup trials should take place 4–6 weeks prior to the wedding.
Trial durations:
- Hair and makeup: approximately 2.5 hours.
- Hair or makeup (single service): approximately 1.5 hours.

Destination Weddings:

For destination weddings, flights, accommodation, and any related expenses will need to be covered in addition to the hair and makeup services.
The artist will typically require accommodation for 2 nights: the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding.
For larger bridal parties, a qualified hair and/or makeup assistant may be required to ensure smooth preparations. The assistant fee will apply, and their flights, accommodation, and expenses must also be covered.
In the unlikely event that I or an assistant are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a qualified replacement artist will be arranged. Any additional costs for flights or accommodation for the replacement artist will not be charged.
